I dunno what is the EL name of this place and seriously, I don't give a damn. I read about it from another blog, recommending food s/he tried while s/he was here on a holiday.
Take tourists' recommendations with a pinch of salt, everybody. I'm not a tourist so I'm not shooting myself in the foot here, haha.
I should have known. I walked past the shop 3 times. 1st time: Nobody was in the shop. 2nd time: Went in for my dessert. There were about 5 other pple inside. 3rd time: 1 person was in the shop. This was on a Saturday night.
I tried their egg pudding with sesame 太極芝麻燉鮮奶. Ignoring the sesame part, I think I'll be able to include the 燉鮮奶 part into the Face Off and this will lose to Yee Shun as well. I think somehow, the cooling agent in Yee Shun is more powerful. This egg pudding is not cold enough for me as well. It's not as dense (thus too heavy & becomes too much after about 1/3 of the bowl) as Australia's but still not as refreshing.
Yay or Nay? Nay!
But? Maybe other dishes like their 湯圓 are okay, I don't know, I wouldn't know.
To try? None.
Address? 146 Wan Chai Road, G/F
