Bo Innovation

This is not exactly fine dining but the food is either above average or pretty yums. I highly recommend the molecular "xiao long bao" and har mi and of course, try their set lunches for a more economical fare. I'm pretty amused by their dish names because they use inverted commas so appropriately. For example, it's "xiao long bao" because it's not the real xiao long bao, just the broth in a bubble that pops in your mouth. I also had something "choy sum" because it's like, choy sum sauce, not the real vegetables. The ambience is relaxed and not spiffy-stuffy. The open kitchen concept allows you to see the chefs at work and it's pretty interesting to see the different personalities they have.
