Tim Ho Wan Dim Sum 添好運點心專門店

Another 1 Michelin star place. As often raved about, the cha siu bao has a very unique crust, almost like bo lou bao. The 蝦餃 (prawn dumplings), 咸水餃 (savoury deep fried dumpling) and 潮州粉粿 (teochew dumplings) are very nice too! The prawn was so sweet and fresh. The crust of the deep fried dumplings were very crispy and the fillings were great too. The teochew dumplings are not the nicest I've tried but I'd rate it 2nd place. Unfortunately, the pork ribs and chicken feet were bordering bad. Be prepared for a long wait though. The Sham Shui Po outlet is bigger and less crowded I heard. I went on a weekend and about 1 or 2pm and the queue moved really quickly, with about only 10 people ahead of me.
